All Hilltop regular classes must be booked and paid for in advance online through the online portal to guarantee your place in the class.
If you cannot make a class, please let the studio know (by emailing email@example.com) as you will then enable someone else to attend the class, which is especially useful during busy periods when there are wait lists.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of a class. After the class has started entrance will NOT be permitted, please do not interrupt classes already in progress.
All class booking requires advance online payment, if you cannot pay on line, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Classes must be cancelled at least 4 hours before the start of the class. If a class has been cancelled within our 4 hour cancellation policy then this class will be stored on your Hilltop Studio account and can be used another time for another class.
Cancellations are not possible less than 4 hours before the start of the class and classes will be charged at full rate.
If a class or workshop you would like to book is fully booked, you can add yourself to a waiting list. You will receive an automatic email message informing you that a space has become available if someone cancels. If you are offered and accept a place in a class from the waiting list it is your responsibility to manage this booking and ensure you adhere to the the 4 hour cancellation policy if needs be.
All class passes are non-refundable.
All class passes are subject to a 90 day expiry date from 1st January 2019 (exceptions can be made in specific cases – such as a provable injury or pregnancy – please get in touch to discuss email@example.com)
We have all equipment available for you to use at the studio, yet we always encourage people to bring their own mats and props if they would prefer to use these.
We recommend not eating for 2 hours before the start of your class.
Please wear comfortable clothing and expect to take your socks off in yoga classes. We recommend tieing long hair back for comfort and wearing only simplistic jewelry.
Hilltop prides itself in being a small and friendly studio run by two women who love yoga. Please talk to us if you have any questions or suggestions about the studio or our offers or would love to recommend ideas, we always love hearing from you.
Payment for online bookings (classes, workshops and treatments) can be done through our secure payment system using Paypal or debit / credit card.
