Accredited 200h Yoga Teacher Training
with Eleonora Ramsby Herrera
Teacher Training in Hatha Yoga
This in-depth seven month long Hatha Yoga teacher training programme runs in groups of no more than ten students in the guidance and support of Eleonora Ramsby Herrera and additional external guest teachers. Their aim is to help you develop a deep understanding of your own yoga practice and get plenty of opportunity to practice your teaching skills.
Throughout the course you will receive private guidance and continuous constructive feedback to encourage and inspire your learning development. If you are motivated to integrate yoga on a deeper level in your life and/or would like to become a yoga teacher with strong teaching skills and body awareness, then this training is for you.
Learning from where you are
Eleonora’s intention is to work with students’ individual process and encourage you to learn from where you are. Instead of offering a one size fits all approach, from day one, you will learn to look at each yoga student individually and learn how to teach people rather than poses.
Her focus is on process and autonomy over performance and to encourage students to learn with and from each other, while exploring and developing your own individual and unique approach to yoga.

COURSE DIRECTOR – Eleanora Ramsby Herrera
Eleonora has taught yoga since 2008. She is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals and an accredited Yoga Teacher Training director – developing and running 200-hour teacher trainings in both London, Stockholm and Lisbon. Additionally, Eleonora offers CPD (Continuous Professional Development) courses in teacher development and teacher mentoring for professional yoga teachers. She’s a regular guest teacher offering workshops and public classes at a variety of studios, one of them being Triyoga, Europe’s leading yoga centre in London. Between 2015-2016 she co-founded and co-managed the current London based independent yoga studio One Yoga London. She then decided to shift gears and continue her teaching path on a more independent and freelance basis along side her academic studies.
Eleonora holds a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance from London Contemporary Dance School and a Masters in Effective Learning and Teaching from the Institute of Education, University College of London (UCL). She continues her depth of study through her PhD studies at The Department of Education, Society and Practice at the Institute of Education UCL. Her research merges her interests in education and psychology in the context of bereavement and grief.
Her Hatha yoga classes are multi-dimensional in nature. The yoga training which has influenced her approach the most has been under the guidance of her teachers Don and Amba Stapleton, Devarshi Steven Hartman and Michael Stone. Eleonora weaves together movement, breath, touch, sound and poetry into a well-rounded embodied experience with a clear emphasis on teaching methodology and purposeful sequencing. Her sessions takes you on a journey of creative inquiry where each action is logically weaved into the next. Her yoga classes involves a strong emphasis on (1) focus: paying attention to the details of what we do and how we do it (2) transitions: well-connected movements to encourage ease and flow of energy (3) curiosity: staying open for the unexpected and new perspectives.
