This style of yoga is designed to challenge the body, while quietening the mind. Uniquely choreographed sequences using a creative blend of postures make these classes fun and exciting whist staying true to the definition of vinyasa – the synchronising of breath with movement in continual flow. A series of standing and seated poses will give you a full body workout, making savasana (relaxation) at the end of class all the more rewarding. Classes will be taught to music.
