A native Muswell Hill-er, Rosie has been passionately engaged with yoga for the past 7 years. Exploration of the yogic arts (and a constant yearning for sunnier climates) has taken her on adventures across India, South East Asia and Australia, diving deeper into the teachings on the way. Rosie trained in Bali, completing a Yoga Alliance 200-hour training. Since, she has furthered her qualifications, including training in yin yoga, yoga energetics, craniosacral therapy and Stand Up Paddleboarding yoga!
Rosie’s classes focus on healthy alignment and core stability, fused with creative flows and she incorporates yin yoga into all of her teachings. Her classes are inclusive, fun and deeply healing.
Rosie believes in the power of yoga as a body work therapy. Her intention is to guide and support individuals on the journey back into their body. And combining all these skills to help people return to balance – physically, emotionally and energetically.
