Michelle’s love of Pilates started ten years ago when she began practicing to aid recovery after surgery. After experiencing first hand its many benefits she was inspired to leave my career in television and retrain as an instructor. She now have over seven years teaching experience working with clients both privately and in groups through her company Pure Pilates.
A huge area of interest for her is Pre and Post Natal health and as a mother herself she understands the need to retrain the core muscle and strengthen the body after child birth. Michelle trained under master teacher and anti-natal educator Rachel Rafiefar and is also a member of the Guild of Pre & Post Natal Exercise Instructors, an organisation set up to safeguard the health and well-being of pre and post natal women.
