Health and fitness has always been a big part of Jung’s life and after having children, she turned to yoga to find balance between work and family.
Her passion and love of yoga led her to train at Centric School of Yoga. Her teaching style is dynamic and friendly with a strong focus on alignment and breathing. She practices Ashtanga, Rocket sequences and Power Yoga and takes inspiration from all her learnings to design a dynamic new flow each week.
What Jung loves about yoga is that there’s always a new asana to learn – a new experience, whether this is physical or psychological, there’s always room to grow for the better. She is also driven to share her knowledge and love for yoga with many people in the hope of helping them become physically and mentally confident. She truly believes that if she can do it, anyone can do it.
